By creating an account or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use PROJEKTAID.

PROJEKTAID is a SaaS platform that provides operations management tools including project tracking, financial dashboards, bid management, equipment tracking, workforce management, and related business analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the service
• Use automated means to access the service without our prior written consent

Your use of PROJEKTAID is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. We process your data solely to provide and improve the service.

PROJEKTAID, including its design, features, and content, is proprietary and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes.

If your use of PROJEKTAID requires a paid subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROJEKTAID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data prior to account closure upon request.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of PROJEKTAID after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
